MayTec, Inc. operates on a single day shift schedule — Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM — giving you free afternoons and uninterrupted weekends.

What we need you to do here:

  • Utilize HAAS milling machines, Okuma lathe, and Laguna Router to accurately program, fixture, set up and manufacture custom CNC parts to meet completion dates of customer orders and maintain inventory stock levels.
  • Perform machine maintenance.
  • Request material and supplies for CNC upkeep.

The skills and experience that will set you up for success in this role include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training a plus.
  • 3 or more years of experience operating, setting up and programming CNC mills and lathes. Haas experience preferred.
  • Experience using a manual mill is a plus.
  • G-Code and M-Code proficiency.
  • In-depth understanding of programming, set up tools, and set up machines.
  • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and experience with precise measurement equipment.
  • Individual will have a strong technical aptitude, be extremely detail oriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A machine design, automation or mechanical motion manufacturing background is ideal.
