Build metal frames and guards for all kinds of warehouses and manufacturing facilities, while earning excellent pay, generous PTO, and a predictable day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Whether you’re assembling kits in the warehouse to be shipped out, or installing products on customer sites, you’ll take pride in building high-quality products in a clean, well-organized environment where your work truly matters.

What we need you to do here:

  • Assemble products to meet customer requirements in Montgomeryville and at customer locations.
  • Follow engineering blueprints and drawings to complete assemblies using a variety of hand tools.
  • Compile kits to meet customer requirements.
  • Using the Bill of Materials as a guide, ensure all kit pieces have been properly machined and are of accurate length, ensure all required hardware is accounted for and all pieces have been labeled according to specific customer requirements.
  • Ensure final product meets quality standards prior to packaging/shipping.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for shipping.
  • Operate forklift safely for loading and unloading of trucks and shipping containers.
  • Assist with manual loading/unloading trucks and shipping containers.
  • Lift 50 lbs. or more as needed.

The skills and experience that will set you up for success in this role include:

  • This position requires a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • One to two years of experience building large scale products. Experience as a machine builder is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of large-product assembly procedures and techniques.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and measurement skills
  • Ability to read engineering prints and work orders.
  • Capable of following detailed, multi-step instructions
  • Good oral communication skills. Strong hand-eye coordination.
