Your tasks
Support of the sales team (Germany & worldwide) in all administrative matters
Quotation management from customer inquiry to order
Complete order processing (contract review, recording, deadline monitoring)
Invoice tracking and complaint management
Creating presentations and documents for sales meetings
Effective communication with customers and business partners
Your profile
Successfully completed commercial or technical training
Experience in technical sales
Knowledge of customs and foreign trade desirable
Knowledge of the Sage ERP system is an advantage
Customer and sales-oriented thinking and acting
Friendly, collegial demeanor, committed and a team player
Structured and independent way of working
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
German language skills at native speaker level, very good written and spoken English skills
